Robert Johnson -- Business Solutions

Rob, a graduate of the University of Ottawa and Queen’s University, has an extensive background in strategic and tactical business planning, as well as project management.  He has developed performance management systems and written policies for a number of Health Organizations. Rob is a master facilitator and trainer whose active membership in the American Society of Quality Control keeps him on the leading edge of developments in the field of business transformations and advanced management.  

John Geauvreau -- Business Solutions

John’s background includes over twenty years at the senior management level of a leading communications provider where he took a leading role in the corporate transformation to a more customer-focused organization.  His superior knowledge of systems, databases, process management, and stimulating a customer-focused employee culture has been utilized by many public and private organizations. John is an ISO and Total Quality Advantage facilitator, and is a member of the American Society of Quality Control.  

Eric Johnson -- Systems / Databases

Eric is a graduate of University of Western Ontario. He specializes in research, databases, systems and documentation. His work with Bell Northern Research and the Prime Ministers Office has given him a broad range of experience and skills. He is proficient with most Microsoft products and maintains websites.

David Sernick -- Social Services

David has degrees from Trent University, York University and University of Toronto. For close to 20 years he has been a professor in Seneca College’s Social Service Work program where, in addition to his wide-ranging teaching responsibilities, he has undertaken new program initiatives, developed provincial practice standards, and consulted extensively with professional, governmental and voluntary sector organizations. David also has worked as a child welfare caseworker and children’s mental health therapist.
